Solid Copper wire bangle, slips over your hand so you will have to measure the widest part of your hand. Tuck your thumb into your palm to make as narrow as possible then measure the widest part. Size below is the inside measurement of the bangle and that has to clear the joints on your hand.

The braclet is waxed but if worn all the time could start to send your wrist green.
